We retain submitted registration details only for as long as necessary to organize and manage event logistics.
Retention Policy: Following the conclusion of the event, registration records are periodically reviewed and removed from our active Google Sheets. We do not build long-term marketing lists or retain contact details for future promotions.
4. Exclusive Use of Google Forms
Our website does not have a backend database and does not collect, process, or store user data directly. All data collection is handled exclusively through Google Forms. When you register for an event, your data is submitted directly to Google's infrastructure and managed by our team via Google Sheets. We do not use any other third-party tracking, analytics, or data collection tools on this site.
